What the clinic has for wheelchair users
Entrance with no steps
The clinic entrance has a ramp and no steps.

Wheelchair-accessible restroom
There is a restroom that a wheelchair can enter.
A wheelchair to borrow
If walking from the car is difficult, you can borrow a wheelchair at the clinic at no charge. Let us know in advance.
Drop-off point and parking

Planning your visit
Tell us when you book
Let our coordinator know that you use a wheelchair, how you usually move — for example whether you can stand or move across with help — whether you would like to borrow a wheelchair, and who is coming with you. We plan the visit around what you tell us.
Share your health information
Bring a list of your medicines and tell us about your health conditions. Recent X-rays or reports can be sent ahead by WhatsApp, LINE or email.
Arriving at the clinic
Use the drop-off point in front of the clinic or the patient parking. Tell our coordinator before your visit if you need help getting in or moving around, and we will prepare for your arrival.
In the treatment room
Simple treatment can sometimes be done while you stay in your wheelchair. For other treatment you move to the dental chair, and our team helps you transfer. Your dentist talks with you, and your caregiver if you wish, about how you will be seated and what support you need. Tell the team at any time if you need a break or a change of position.
Your plan and next visits
Your dentist explains the options and gives you a written estimate before treatment starts. Treatment can be divided into shorter visits, at a time of day that suits you.
Family members and caregivers
A family member or caregiver can contact our coordinators to arrange appointments. With your consent, they are welcome to come with you into the treatment room and hear the plan.
Before we share your treatment details, plan or estimate with anyone else, we confirm your permission with you directly — by phone or at the clinic — and we share them only with the people you name.
People living with dementia are welcome when a caregiver comes with them.
Book and tell us you use a wheelchair
Tell us what you need help with and how you usually move, and our coordinator prepares your visit with the right dentist.
Care we provide
Check-ups and everyday care
Check-ups, cleaning, fillings and dentures, planned so that each visit is manageable for you.
Special-care planning
For people who use a wheelchair (treated at the clinic), older adults with health conditions or several medicines, and people living with dementia who come with a caregiver — planned with the family or caregiver. We do not offer home visits.
Shorter visits and feeling at ease
Treatment can be divided into shorter visits. If you feel anxious, nitrous oxide or oral sedation may be suitable; your dentist decides after reviewing your health.
Cost
Your first visit is charged as a regular consultation, plus X-rays if you need them — both are listed on our prices page. Your dentist gives you a written estimate before any treatment starts.
