What do you need?
I want a price estimate
Send the treatment you are asking about with recent X-rays, scans or photos. Your dentist reviews them and gives you an initial idea of the treatment and estimate. The final plan and fee are confirmed after an examination in person.
I'm planning treatment from abroad
Contact us before you book flights, especially for implants or treatment that needs several visits, so we can plan the visits around your travel dates. Crowns and bridges take about 3–7 days and veneers about 10–14 days; implants normally need two trips.
I'd like to book a visit
Use the form or message us, and a coordinator confirms the date and time. You can ask for a particular dentist; the coordinator suggests the right dentist for your treatment. Walk-ins are welcome. Our dentists see booked patients at their appointment times first, so you may need to wait; booking ahead gets you a set time.
I'd like my appointments in my phone calendar
If you have an appointment with us and an email in your patient record, register with that email and your name and date of birth as registered with the clinic. A calendar link is sent only to the email on record. Your appointments then show in iPhone Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook and update when the clinic changes them. Google Calendar can take up to 24 hours to update, so please rely on the clinic's appointment reminders. No email on record, or need to change it? Please contact the counter staff at your next visit with your ID card or passport.
I have dental pain now
Call us, or message us on WhatsApp or LINE and tell us your symptoms. Our team looks for a time that suits how urgent it is, including the same day when possible.
Something isn't right after my treatment
Message us on WhatsApp or LINE with a photo and a short description. Your dentist will advise you. Work covered by the warranty is handled at the clinic in Chiang Mai.
I want to use my insurance
Direct billing is available for eligible Cigna, Allianz, International SOS and April patients, after benefit verification and pre-authorization. For other insurers we provide itemized receipts and medical certificates in English. Contact us before your visit so we can check your cover.
Send X-rays or photos
You can send recent X-rays, scans or photos by email, WhatsApp, LINE or Messenger. Please include your name and the treatment you are asking about.
