引导生物膜疗法（GBT）是一种牙齿清洁技术，它不仅能去除牙菌斑，还能去除导致蛀牙和牙龈疾病的生物膜。

生物膜或牙菌斑总是出现在牙齿表面。当唾液接触到干净的牙齿表面时，唾液中的一种物质就会在牙齿表面积聚成一层薄薄的薄膜（生物膜）。随着时间的推移，口腔中的细菌就会形成。如果这些生物膜长期积累下去，就会形成斑块，成为钙沉积。

每天正确刷牙可以在生物膜变成更厚的斑块和增加细菌积累之前将其清除。因此，正确刷牙能有效预防蛀牙和牙龈疾病。

The staff were extremely proffesional and friendly, and I was in and out from my checkup within two hours of making it. Also, the dentist was very well spoken in english which helped me out as a farang.
