It is not a public website, a mobile app or a product offered to other people or businesses.<\/p><p>The tools help the clinic to:<\/p><ul class=\"ls\"><li><div class=\"li\"><p>Report on the clinic's own Google Ads campaigns, and create and update those campaigns from a plan the clinic owner has reviewed (Google Ads API).<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"li\"><p>Keep the clinic's Google Business Profile listing accurate, read the reviews patients leave on it, post the clinic's replies, and read how many people find the listing on Google Search and Google Maps (Google Business Profile APIs).<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"li\"><p>Report on how people find the clinic's website in Google Search and submit the website's sitemaps (Google Search Console API).<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"li\"><p>Set up and publish the measurement tags on the clinic's website (Google Tag Manager API).<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"li\"><p>Exchange internal files and reports with staff, and copy the website's daily backup to a test copy of the website (Google Drive API).<\/p><\/div><\/li><\/ul><p>Every change the tools send to Google, such as a new campaign, a profile edit, a published tag or a review reply, is approved by the clinic owner first.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"sec\" id=\"who-uses-it\" aria-labelledby=\"who-uses-it-h\"><div class=\"sn\" aria-hidden=\"true\">2<\/div><div class=\"sb\"><h2 id=\"who-uses-it-h\">Who uses it<\/h2><p>KDC Web Tools is used only by the clinic owner and staff authorised by the owner, to manage the clinic's own Google accounts. Staff may run the tools with the help of an AI assistant from a technology service provider acting on the clinic's behalf, always under the owner's approval.<\/p><p>Patients, website visitors and other members of the public do not sign in to the tools and are never asked to connect their Google accounts. There is no sign-up and no public login page, because the tools are not offered to anyone outside the clinic. This page and the privacy policy are public so that anyone can see what the tools do.<\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"sec\" id=\"google-ads\" aria-labelledby=\"google-ads-h\"><div class=\"sn\" aria-hidden=\"true\">3<\/div><div class=\"sb\"><h2 id=\"google-ads-h\">Google Ads API<\/h2><p>The main use of KDC Web Tools is managing the clinic's own Google Ads account. The tools call the Google Ads API with the clinic's own developer token and a service account in the clinic's Google Cloud project, which has access only to the clinic's own Google Ads account. The clinic is an advertiser managing its own account; it does not manage advertising for anyone else.<\/p><ul class=\"ls\"><li><div class=\"li\"><p>Read reports: campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, search terms and conversions, as totals.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"li\"><p>Create and update the clinic's own Search campaigns from a reviewed plan. Each change is first sent as a validation-only request, new campaigns are created paused, and nothing goes live without the clinic owner's explicit approval.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"li\"><p>The tools do not upload customer data and do not create remarketing or customer lists.
